(2)In subsection (3)(c)—
(a)for “National [F1Assembly] for Wales” substitute “ Welsh Ministers ”, and
(b)for “that [F1Assembly] is” substitute “ they are ”.
(3)In subsection (4)(a), for “National [F1Assembly] for Wales” substitute “ Welsh Ministers ”.
(4)In subsection (5), after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)if made by the Welsh Ministers, in pursuance of a resolution of the National [F1Assembly] for Wales;”.
