28(1)Designations made under section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 (c. 68) by virtue of subsection (1) of section 29 of the Government of Wales Act 1998 which are in force immediately before the commencement of the repeal of that subsection by this Act continue to have effect after the commencement of that repeal as if made by virtue of subsection (1) of section 59 of this Act.U.K.
(2)Regulations made under section 56 of the Finance Act 1973 (c. 51) by virtue of subsection (4) of that section which are in force immediately before the commencement of the repeal of that subsection by this Act continue to have effect after the commencement of that repeal as if made by virtue of subsection (5) of section 59 of this Act.
