12 U.K. References in section 58 and this Schedule to a Minister of the Crown include references to—

(a) two or more Ministers of the Crown acting jointly, and

(b) an officer of a Minister of the Crown or of a government department,

and, in relation to functions of such an officer, the references in section 58(1) and this Schedule to the Welsh Ministers include references to a member of the staff of the Welsh F1 ... Government.
