Penalties for certain offences triable either way U.K.

16 U.K. In relation to an offence committed before the commencement of section 282(3) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (c. 44), the references in the following provisions to periods of imprisonment of 12 months are to be read as references to periods of imprisonment of six months—

(a) section 35(2);

(b) section 36(2);

(c) section 37(2);

(d) section 38(6);

(e) section 47(4);

(f) section 68(3);

(g) section 93(1).
