In section 164(3) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 (interpretation of references to certain sentences), omit the “ or ” at the end of paragraph (b) and, at the end of paragraph (c), insert“or

under section 29(4) or (6) of the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006,”.
