Protection of Children Act 1999 (c. 14) E+W

36 E+W In section 2A(2) of the Protection of Children Act 1999 (persons who may refer individuals for inclusion in list of those unsuitable to work with children) for paragraph (c) substitute—

“(c) Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Education, Children's Services and Skills.”
