In section 34(6) (consultation before studies as to impact of statutory provisions etc.) after paragraph (b) insert—

“(bza)

in the case of a study which has a connection with anything which may be inspected under Chapter 4 of Part 8 of the Education and Inspections Act 2006, Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Education, Children's Services and Skills;”.
