SCHEDULE 2Proposals for establishment or discontinuance of schools in England

Part 1Introductory

References to persons by whom proposals are made

For the purposes of this Schedule—

(a)

proposals under section 7 are to be taken to be made by the person who submitted them to the relevant authority under subsection (4)(b) of that section, or in the case of proposals published by the relevant authority under subsection (5)(b) of that section, by the relevant authority, and

(b)

proposals under section 10, 11 or 15 are to be taken to be made by the persons who published them.
