In section 176 of EA 2002 (consultation with pupils), in subsection (3)—
a
in the definition of “maintained school”, for “or a community or foundation special school” substitute “
, a community or foundation special school or a maintained nursery school
”
, and
b
omit the definition of “pupil” (which excludes children who are being provided with nursery education).
