124Assistance and support: primary ophthalmic services
(1)
F1The Board may provide assistance or support to any person providing or proposing to provide primary ophthalmic services under a general ophthalmic services contract F2or primary ophthalmic services that fall within section 115(4).
(2)
Assistance or support provided by F3the Board under subsection (1) is provided on such terms, including terms as to payment, as F4the Board considers appropriate.
