Membership of Strategic Health Authorities
6Regulations may provide for a person of a prescribed description who is not an officer of a Strategic Health Authority to be treated for the purposes of this Schedule, and any other prescribed provision relating to members of (or of committees or sub-committees of) Strategic Health Authorities, as if he were such an officer.
