Temporary availability of staff etc.E+W
6(1)An NHS trust order may require a F1... Special Health Authority F2... or Local Health Board to make staff, premises and other facilities available to an NHS trust pending the transfer or appointment of staff to or by the NHS trust and the transfer of premises or other facilities to the NHS trust.E+W
(2)An NHS trust order making provision under this paragraph may make provision with respect to the time when the functions of the F3... Special Health Authority F4... or Local Health Board under the provision are to come to an end.
