255E+WThe Finance Act 2004 is amended as follows.
256E+WIn section 59(5), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “NHS trust”, for “Part 1 of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990” substitute “ section 25 of the National Health Service Act 2006 or section 18 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 ”.
