The Income Tax (Trading and Other Income) Act 2005 is amended as follows.

In section 780(2)(a), for “paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the National Health Service Act 1977” substitute “ paragraph 10 of Schedule 1 to the National Health Service Act 2006 or paragraph 10 of Schedule 1 to National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 ”.
