The National Audit Act 1983 is amended as follows.

In section 6(3)(aa), for “section 98 of the National Health Service Act 1977” substitute “ Schedule 15 to the National Health Service Act 2006, Schedule 9 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 ”.
