145 E+W In section 73(13)(a), for “the Secretary of State under section 5(2)(a) of the National Health Service Act 1977 and Schedule 2 to that Act” substitute “ the Welsh Ministers under paragraph 9 of Schedule 1 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006, or the Secretary of State under paragraph 9 of Schedule 1 to the National Health Service Act 2006 ”.
