(b) in paragraph (b), omit “Part II of”,

(c) in paragraph (c), for “section 28C” substitute “ section 92 or 107 ”, and

(d) in paragraph (d), for “section 28 of the Health and Social Care Act 2001” substitute “ section 134 of the National Health Service Act 2006 ”.
