205E+WIn section 21(2)(f) for the words from “section 7” to “that section”, in the second place, substitute “ section 244 of the National Health Service Act 2006 or section 184 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 applies, to review and scrutinise, in accordance with regulations under either of those sections, matters relating to the health service (within the meaning given by the Act concerned, and as extended by the section concerned) ”.
