In section 64(3)—
a
in paragraph (a), in the second sub-paragraph (xvii), for “the National Health Service Act 1977” substitute “the National Health Service Act 2006 and the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006”, and
b
in paragraph (b), for “Part II of the National Health Service Act 1977” substitute “Chapter 1 of Part 7 of the National Health Service Act 2006, or Part 6 of, or Chapter 1 of Part 7 of, the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006”.
