Part 2 E+W Particular savings

“Relevant Assembly functions” under paragraph 30 of Schedule 11 to the Government of Wales Act 2006 (c. 32) E+W

17 E+W If, apart from provision made by the consolidating Acts, a function under those Acts would be a relevant Assembly function for the purposes of paragraph 30 of Schedule 11 to the Government of Wales Act 2006, that function is a relevant Assembly function for that purpose, notwithstanding any provision made by the consolidating Acts.
