Textual Amendments
F2By virtue of article 6 of S.I. 2009/317, the references in section 1061 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 (S.I. 1989/2405 (N.I. 19)) are to be read as including a reference to Parts 2 and 3 of the Banking Act 2009 (c. 1).
