A disclosure with a view to the institution of, or otherwise for the purposes of, disciplinary proceedings relating to the performance by a solicitor, barrister, advocate, foreign lawyer, auditor, accountant, valuer or actuary of his professional duties.“Foreign lawyer” has the meaning given by section 89(9) of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990 (c. 41).
