772Transfer of shares on application of transferorU.K.
On the application of the transferor of any share or interest in a company, the company shall enter in its register of members the name of the transferee [F1[F2(or, as the case may be, deliver the name of the transferee to the registrar under Chapter 2A of Part 8)]] in the same manner and subject to the same conditions as if the application for the entry [F3[F4(or delivery)]] were made by the transferee.
