(1)

F2ISA shall have—

(a)

a chief executive;

(b)

such other employees as it may appoint.

(2)

The chairman may be appointed as chief executive.

(3)

F2ISA may make arrangements for persons to be seconded to F2ISA to serve as members of its staff.

(4)

A member of a police force on temporary service with F2ISA shall be under the direction and control of F2ISA.
