Section 46 (combination of disqualification and endorsement with certain other orders) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), for “or 44” substitute “ , 44 or 44A ”.

In subsection (2)(b), insert at the end “ or on his driving record ”.

In subsection (3), for “and 45” substitute “ , 45 and 45A ”.
