5 (1) Section 30 (modification of sections 28 and 29 in case where fixed penalty also in question) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1)(b)—

(a) after “licence” insert “ or his driving record ”, and

(b) for “or 77” substitute “ , 57A, 77 or 77A ”.

(3) In subsection (2)(b)—

(a) after “licence” insert “ or on his driving record ”, and

(b) for “or 77” substitute “ , 57A, 77 or 77A ”.
