Section 58 (interpretation of Part 2) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1) after the definition of “institution” insert—
“the Minister” means the Minister for the Cabinet Office;

in paragraph (c) for “to be treated as a promoter of such a collection by virtue of section 65(3)” substitute “a promoter of such a collection as defined in section 47(1) of the Charities Act 2006”

b
for “Part III of this Act” substitute “Chapter 1 of Part 3 of the Charities Act 2006”
