9(1)In section 75(2) of the Local Government Act 1894 (construction of that Act) the definition of “ecclesiastical charity” is amended as follows.E+W
(2)In the second paragraph (proviso)—
(a)for “Charity Commissioners” substitute “ Charity Commission ”, and
(b)for “them” substitute “ it ”.
(3)In the third paragraph (inclusion of other buildings) for “Charity Commissioners” substitute “ Charity Commission ”.
