Reserve Forces Act 1980 (c. 9) U.K.

6 U.K. In section 21 of that Act (duration of Air Force Reserve permanent service)—

(a) omit subsection (4);

(b) in subsection (5) for “subsections (3) and (4) above” substitute “ subsection (3) ”.
