138 U.K. In section 6 of the Armed Forces Act 1996 (abrogation of common law corroboration rules), in subsection (3) for the words from “for any offence” to the end substitute “before—

(a) the Court Martial;

(b) the Summary Appeal Court;

(c) the Service Civilian Court;

(d) the Court Martial Appeal Court; or

(e) the Supreme Court on an appeal brought from the Court Martial Appeal Court.”
