191 U.K. In Part 1 of Schedule 2 to that Act (delivery up of persons subject to criminal proceedings etc), in paragraph 5(5)(b) (meaning of “prisoner” in paragraph 5) for “detention” substitute “ service detention (within the meaning of the Armed Forces Act 2006) ”.
