[F110Where paragraph 9 applies, the following provisions apply in relation to the sentence as if it were a sentence being passed by an officer at a summary hearing—
section 242 (service detention: general restriction);
section 243 (length of term of service detention);
section 248 (forfeiture of seniority, reduction in rank or disrating).]
