Part 2 (breach of community requirement or conviction of further offence) has effect as if—

a

in paragraph 6(4)(c), for “a court” there were substituted “ the Crown Court ”;

in paragraph 7, for paragraph (b) there were substituted—

where appropriate, cause an information to be laid before the Crown Court in respect of the offender's breach of the requirement.
