4 U.K. Paragraphs 4(1)(b) and 5(1) of Schedule 12 to the 2003 Act (warning and laying of information) have effect in relation to a suspended sentence order with community requirements made by a relevant service court as if the references to a justice of the peace were to the Crown Court.
