Chapter 2 U.K. The Summary Appeal Court

140 The Summary Appeal Court U.K.

(1) There shall be a court, to be known as the Summary Appeal Court.

(2) The Summary Appeal Court may sit in any place, whether within or outside the United Kingdom.
