22 U.K. In section 1(1) of CEMA 1979 (interpretation), in paragraph (a)(ic) of the definition of “revenue trader”, for the words from “any gaming” to the end substitute “ gaming within the meaning of the Betting and Gaming Duties Act 1981 (see section 33(1)) ”.
