Application of certain provisions to patients concerned in criminal proceedings U.K.

37 (1) Part 2 of that Schedule (patients subject to special restrictions) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In paragraph 2, for “17 to 19” substitute “ 17, 18, 19 ”.

(3) For paragraph 6 substitute—

“6 In section 22, subsections (1) and (5) shall not apply.”
