37(1)Part 2 of that Schedule (patients subject to special restrictions) is amended as follows.
(2)In paragraph 2, for “17 to 19” substitute “17, 18, 19”.
(3)For paragraph 6 substitute—
“6In section 22, subsections (1) and (5) shall not apply.”
