21 E+W In section 17 of the Deeds of Arrangement Act 1914 (preferential payment to creditor an offence), after “by distress” insert “ or by using the procedure in Schedule 12 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (taking control of goods), ”.
