14 E+W The Summary Jurisdiction (Process) Act 1881 is amended as follows.

15 E+W In section 5 (provision as to execution of process) after “warrant of distress” in the first place insert “ or warrant of control ”.

16 E+W In section 8 (definitions) after “warrant of distress,” insert “ any warrant of control, ”.
