I137Proceedings: supplementary

Subject to this Part, the Board may regulate—
a
its own proceedings (including quorum);
b
the proceedings (including quorum) of any of its committees.

A committee of the Board may regulate the proceedings (including quorum) of any of its sub-committees.
3
The validity of any proceedings of the Board, or of any of its committees or sub-committees, is not affected by—
a
a vacancy, or
b
a defective appointment.
