67.Section 63O provides that where a person is in contempt for failing to comply with a forced marriage protection order or for undermining the effect of an order, then a relevant judge may deal with contempt proceedings. A relevant judge is defined in section 63S as a judge of the High Court where the order was made by the High Court, or a judge or district judge of a county court where the order was made by a county court.
