Offence of contravening an orderN.I.

7N.I.Any person who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes a forced marriage protection order, commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction—

(a)to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale;

(b)to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months; or

(c)to both.
