24 E+W+S In section 155A of that Act (power to anticipate pensions up-rating order) in subsection (1) (power arises where statement made to Commons of amounts of proposed increase in order under section 150) in paragraph (a), for “150 above” substitute “ 150 or 150A above (as the case may be) ”.
