28 E+W+S In section 159C of that Act as inserted by the Welfare Reform Act 2007 (c. 5) (effect of alteration of rates of an employment and support allowance)—

(a) in subsection (4) (application of subsection (5)) in paragraph (a), after “150” insert “ , 150A ”;

(b) in subsection (6), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “alteration”—

(i) after “150” (where it first occurs) insert “ or 150A ”;

(ii) after “150” (where it next occurs) insert “ , 150A ”.
