Schedule 3 amends section 126 of, and Part 1 of Schedule 4 to, the Pensions Act 1995 (c. 26) for the purpose of increasing the pensionable age for men and women progressively over a period of 22 years beginning with 6th April 2024.

Part 8 of Schedule 1 contains consequential amendments.

The amendments made by that Part of that Schedule have effect as from 6th April 2024.
