Amendments to Chapter 3 of Part 5 of 2002 Act E+W+N.I.

1 E+W+N.I. Chapter 3 of Part 5 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (c. 29) (recovery of cash in summary proceedings) is amended in accordance with paragraphs 2 to 13.
