SCHEDULE 8 U.K. Abolition of Assets Recovery Agency and its Director

Part 6 U.K. Other amendments to 2002 Act

137 (1) Section 443 (enforcement in different parts of the United Kingdom) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (3)(a) for “and the Director” substitute “ , SOCA and the relevant Director ”.

(3) After subsection (4) insert—

“(5) In this section “relevant Director” has the meaning given by section 352(5A).”
