146 (1) Section 31 of the Criminal Appeal (Northern Ireland) Act 1980 (right of appeal to House of Lords) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) Omit subsection (1A).

(3) In subsection (3) omit “, subject to subsection (1A) above,”.
