155 (1) Section 97 of the Police Act 1996 (police officers engaged on service outside their force) is amended as follows. E+W+N.I.

(2) In subsection (1) omit paragraph (ce).

(3) In subsection (6)(a) omit “(ce),”.

(4) In subsection (8) omit “(ce),”.
